"Has been quiet for nearly 15 years, Dung once started painting, he paints vigorously, creating a huge quantity of art pieces, to make up for the whole previous quiet years. Nguyen Quoc Dung's clear painting style has proved to be effective and fruitful. And while searching for what he has, Dung still paints eagerly in order to come closer to everybody to share and to devote. Dung follows the European Realism style, consisting of many criteria that became main-stream in Vietnam with the establishment of Indochina Fine Arts College in 1926 in Hanoi. And while he’s obsessed by concepts in western classical art, Dung is also influenced by eastern culture and by traditional style, too. His works tell us about human's spiritual life, earthy secrets, and a sacred love, bringing light to the darkest part of one's soul. All make us temporarily forget the hazard material life"
A few of the famous paintings of Nguyen Quoc Dung are Sisters, Young Ladies, Lady and Music, etc.
Dung has won national and international photography awards
